Andrew is a consultant engineer and founder with four years of experience across remedial and biomedical engineering. The co-inventor of the product that his business was built around, and part of an industry leading team implementing novel technology to Australian remediation, Andrew brings experience in innovation, project management, and strategy

VICE PRESIDENT of Operations – Daniel Loutfy
Daniel is a young, passionate and determined individual who ensures that whatever task is given to him, it is delivered quickly, accurately, and most importantly, beneficial to the receiving audience. He has most recently worked with Chemetall | BASF where he was tasked to lead a worldwide Net Promoter Score (NPS). Prior to that, Daniel has had many internship experiences in various places, such as the United States, China, and South Korea. As of right now, Daniel is using his learning and leadership and is acting as the Vice President of USYD MBA Consulting Club and aspires to join a consulting firm after concluding his MBA studies.

VICE PRESIDENT of Recruitment – Jonathan O’ Toole
Jonathan is a Chartered Accountant with over 5.5 years’ Financial Advisory experience. Jonathan joined Deloitte in 2014 spending 4+ years working on a range of Corporate Finance assignments before taking up a position with an early growth Fintech focused on funding Start-ups and SME projects around Ireland and the UK. Prior to commencing his MBA Jonathan worked as a consultant with a Healthcare firm aiding them in their management of the changing business landscape as a result of Covid-19.

Venkat Narayan is passionate about building businesses from the ground up. A strong believer in authenticity, non-stop learning and inclusive leadership, his work experience in sales & marketing across FMCG, Hospitality and Real Estate give him the unique ability to bridge the gap between customer expectation & management perception.

Felix Johnson
After completing a Bachelor in Media & Communications, Felix attended the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts to study Acting. He has worked professionally as an Actor for 7 years, but is currently undertaking an MBA to transfer his creative and communication skills to a business context. He is passionate about leadership and organizational culture, and is currently co-leading the MBACC’s Pro-Bono Consulting Program.

William Kusuma is an engineer consultant with five years of experience in the Airline industry, specializing in Regulatory Compliance and Capital Project management and support. He is passionate in helping others and enjoys social dancing in those pre-pandemic days.

Ryan Carvill
Ryan has worked as a consultant and sales leader across the business advisory space, partnering with clients to develop strategies that overcome critical problems. With a particular focus on financial services and insurance, Ryan is passionate about working in teams to devise solutions that encapsulate people, process, and technology to deliver step change. Ryan is currently a consultant within PwC’s technology strategy practice and completing his MBA at USyd part-time.

Sam Maslen
Samantha has collaborated with business leaders to identify and implement corporate affairs initiatives to facilitate the successful execution of business strategy. She has developed expertise across a diverse range of sectors including; healthcare, resources and retail. Samantha is currently a Corporate Affairs Manager at Metcash and is completing a part-time MBA at USYD.

Grace Rikard-Bell
Grace is a marketing and business strategist with more than ten years’ experience creating, managing and executing brand and marketing strategies across a diverse group of tier one brands. With a particular focus on strategies for growth and market penetration, Grace has worked with some of the world’s leading brands including Woolworths, Harvey Norman, Virgin Australia, Mastercard and David Jones.

Jake Burchett
With a focus on strategy and finance for globalisation and emerging markets. With special interest in venture funding and the impact of financial technology in Asia Pacific he aims to continue in a research capacity after graduation. Simultaneously, Jake is working across multiple engagements including leading a team of 5 consultants through assessment and implementation of a technology start-up’s go to market strategy.

Greg Jansz
Greg is an experienced investment banking professional having worked over 10 years at various organisations such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and currently UBS. Over the past 3 years has also developed a keen interest in digital transformation which has seen him head UBS’ Group Operations Automation efforts. Outside work Greg is passionate about volunteering for organisations such Mirabel and ABCN which help children and students.

Jakomi Mathews
Jakomi is a senior strategy / Product / transformation executive with verifiable year-after-year success achieving revenue, profit, and business growth objectives within start-up, turnaround, and rapid-change environments across; Loyalty, Government, eHealth, SaaS, eCommerce, Web and Mobile.

Ian Lieblich
Ian has a wide array of experience having worked in international law and as a civil engineer prior to prior to joining the sustainability team at the Investa Property Group. He has helped shape their responses to climate change. Additionally Ian has continued involvement with an NGO lending capacity support and assistance to Small Island Pacific Nations. This work has taken him to the last three UNFCCC Climate Change Conferences including the historic 2015 Paris Conference. Ian holds Bachelors of Laws (Honours) and Civil Engineering (Honours) from Monash University.

Sarah Watts
Sarah has worked in the education industry for the past 5 years, facilitating classes for students of all backgrounds and ages. She has worked at some of the top universities globally, such as the University of Auckland and the University of New South Wales, and is passionate about teaching with a collaborative, student-centred approach. A Lifeline volunteer, Sarah has a particular interest in not-for-profit sectors to optimise performance and productivity where it can benefit many.

Lionel Freemantle
Lionel has worked both locally and abroad in the Financial Services, Commercial Banking and the Financial Technology industry. More recently, Lionel has been focused within the Asset Management space assisting firms to define Target Operating models with the use of Financial Technology to enable Operational Efficiency.

Yuwei Liu
Yuwei always has initiatives and great passion to grow in strategic-related fields including management consulting, strategic management, and brand management. As an enterprising and diligent bilingual with a demonstrated history across multiple industries (i.e. banking, accounting, and telecom) she also delves into e-commerce and marketing as an entrepreneur.

Viktor Krajc
Viktor is a Slovakian born finance professional with business administration and environmental engineering background and 13 years of both national and international business experience within the global leaders of Information Technology (IBM Europe), Automotive (Toyota Motor Corporation Australia), Consumer Goods Industries (BRP Australia) and excellent exposure across a wide range of analytical roles and demonstrated experience in Pricing, Strategy, Business Intelligence, Financial Strategies, Consulting, Incentives and Commissions.

Yi Ho
Yi is a forward thinking lead strategist with a well established track record of growing cross government and private sector teams. With a background in Urban Planning, Innovation Ecosystems, Architecture and Business Strategy, Yi believes in challenging the status quo and designing solutions through collaboration and being agile in an ever changing environment.

Tim Mitchell
Tim has worked in numerous multinational organisations in a variety of research and sales roles. His current role at WD-40 sees his sales expertise to build the WD-40 brand into more markets in Australia. Currently he is using his senior level knowledge of account management to help coach and develop the sales and marketing function of the business to assist the wider business with skills needed to prepare for the future of work
